Happily went to school in the morning (wearing PE attire) to accompany Michelle for the exercise thing and bathed after that..

BUT

I REALISED I FORGOT TO PLACE MY SKIRT INSIDE MY PAPER BAG AND I HAVE TO CALL MY MOM TO BRING IT FOR ME !

Actually today no skirt i think still can survive one, just that our class is having class photo today then makes my life miserable by adding load to my bag.

First time of my life learning Guzheng, today.

( i thought it will be very boring at first)

In the start it was difficult ,but it turned out to be fine.

One more Guzheng session to go - for CCA exchange kinda thing.

TVXQ’s Official Statements Regarding Dispute!5

As almost everyone knows by now, popular boy groupTVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki members Youngwoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu have been disputing with their company, SM Entertainment. The TVXQ members released their official statements, which had thousands waiting for what the members had to say.

Their lawyer stated on behalf of the three boys, "During the five years after they debuted, the company has done whatever they wanted which made the body and spirit of the members of TVXQ very tired. The 13 year exclusive contract is too long that, which to them, feels like a life long contract. The members don't receive what they deserve."

Because of the carelessness of the company, Korea's No.1 boys have been suffering from both mental and physical fatigue and feel that they are just being used for profit for the company. Not only are there standards that have to be met in order to be paid at all, the boys also receive only a few hours of sleep a day, which is nothing close to what just one day in their schedule needs! Additionally, the 13 year long contract, which excludes the time they will be completing their military activities, will exceed over a mind boggling 15 years.... and it hasn't even been close to 13 years yet! Although the boys have considered it, cancelling the contract is also out of the question, as there is a huge price to pay - approximately a several billion South Korea won (KRW).

The lawyer expressed, "The members don't want to disband, but they just feel that the contract is ridiculous. Right now, the things each of the three members want is a little different, however, the relationship between the members is still unaffected, as they still want to be one."

TVXQ's official press release (translation credits to J.ADORE):

1. 5 years after their debut, the three members are physically and emotionally fatigued from the company’s one-sided orders.
Kim Junsu, Kim Jaejoong, and Park Yoochun debuted as DBSK members in 2004. Since then, they have followed SM’s orders to go from Korea, Japan, to China. With the exception of 1 week for year, they were only able to get 3-4 hours of sleep and had to go through schedules. During this period, the health of the three members deteriorated and they were mentally fatigued. However, SM pushed DBSK into foreign markets which resulted in excess performance plans. In result, the three members felt that they would not be able to achieve their dreams in SM and would be just tools for the company’s profit. They wished to participate in entertainment activities according to their individual visions.

2.In reality, 13 years of contract meant a contract for life.
According to the contract, the period of the contract was 13 years, but when including military service, would exceed over 15 years. This meant that there was still 10 years to go with the current contract and in reality, meant until retirement. In the instance that the contract would be breached, the penalty would be to pay 3 times the total investment, 2 times the lost earnings. Even in the case that the contract is canceled when agreed by both parties, the members were required to pay penalty. Therefore, due to the millions of wons required by the contract upon cancellation, contract cancellation was realistically impossible and the members had no choice but to remain in SM.

3. The members did not receive adequate treatment from SM for their efforts.
Despite all this, during the duration of their contract, they did not receive adequate treatment from SM. They did not receive any earnest money from the contract, and according to the initial contract for album profit allotment clause, only when an album sold 500,000 copies, could they get $10,000 per member for the next album, and when albums sold less than 500,000 copies, the members could not receive any earnings. This clause was revised in 2009, February 6th, but even after the revision, earnings that each member would receive for the album sales were 0.4%-1% depending on the album sales.

4. The members requested for corrections to the unreasonable contract, but SM did not listen to the member’s opinions.
In this situation, the three members pointed out the unreasonable parts in the contract and asked multiple times to be freed from the contract’s boundary and work according to their visions but in response to the current situation, SM discussed issues dealing with their investments in the makeup company, not responding to the true nature of the problem. Despite all this, the three members wanted to find a way to deal with the situation and requested for a conference where both parties could find a solution but SM did not respond. During this process, by the attitudes shown by SM, the three members realized that there was no point in hoping for a settlement and resorted to the court of justice to execute a solution for the problems.

5. The investment in makeup company does not have any relation to entertainment activities and does not have any relation to the applied provisional disposition. The nature of this incident is the contract.
SM stated that the disposition was submitted due to the investment but the members’ investments in the makeup company do not have anything to do with the provisional disposition. The makeup company SM discussed planned to export to China, and the three members invested as stockholders, having no relation with their entertainment activities. Just by common sense, it does not make sense that the members would give up all their efforts and results as DBSK in order to invest $100,000 to the company. The core of the problems presented by the members is contract injustice, and SM’s attempts to blur the true problems by bring up the investments must stop now.

6. The members do not want DBSK to break up and just hope to free themselves from contract restraints.
May fans are worried that the disposition would result in DBSK’s break up. However, this disposition was not intended for DBSK to end. Right now, due to differences in how the members wish to overcome problems, only 3 members have participated in the lawsuit. However, there is no problems within the members and they all have the same wishes to keep their promises with their fans to always remain as one. After this incident, if contract injustice is corrected and the members are given conditions to freely perform their music, they feel that everyone can be one and can stand in front of fans as one.

7. We will take this as an opportunity to mature.
The members realize how much DBSK fans must be surprised and be disappointed about this incident and are distressed and sorry. If the fans could think of this as a jump to bigger dreams and continue to cheer, the members promise to respond to the fans as better musicians.

Although this dispute is far from resolved, Cassies are finally able to breathe, as the boys revealed themselves they have no intention or thoughts of disbanding. As of right now, there doesn't seem to be a way out for these boys, but only time will tell. Stay tuned on allkpop for more on Asia's favorite boys!

I wanted to switch back to blogger again lol

Thursday went for chinese oral, ECP for running & t1-ed,
Chinese oral was screwed, jc life was a total piece of shit.

We get to know our chinese results.. its like omg i dont know what seriously happened !

Then i chionged home to change for running!

I purposely wore sleeveless to tan my arms ( i have two color lor! due to pe)

then damn joker la! NO SUN! THEN EVERYTIME WANT HIDE FROM SUN THEN THE SUN SHINE DAMN BRIGHT LA!LIKE CAN MELT ME LIKE TT !!!!

Okay whatever.. we ran to don't know whr and saw the sg flyer which is like something that will never be expected in my life!

Then chiong home and meet steph already!Paiseh i was late!

we went to Messy (guy's apparel shop),

the funniest thing was what we wanted to buy/take a look,

all the hangers we can't reach!

The shop is so height discriminative lols,

then a guy offered to help us take but hes not the shop assistant,

he still asked which hat is nicer ( he choosing the design and color )

Friday, i get to know tonnes of homework awaiting for me in the holidays, followed by QTS (quality teaching survey)- which i thought was at most half and hr and took a vry long time like more than one hr in my life! I didnt get to the japan trip but i think can appeal one.( cause out of so many ppl only 21 people selected ) but i dont care already , i don't have the interest in going already , don't know why! Feel so emoish , lack in motivation , slack-ful =.=" , lazy (i've always been) and i dont know hw i fkingly feel wts.. In conclusion, i feel like giving up , i don't know how to go on with life MEANINGFULLY!

Then yoshinoyaed at kovan lol , i also duno wth is going wrong in my head then i laugh frm there till i reached sch for econs lecture lol...

Then went to BBQ at pasir ris park , as usual la . our family bbq is like last minute decide one , like morning want , evening go already lol..

There is almost a stack of homework to do in this frigging week ;

Valentines Day & not forgetting its Tricia's birthday too !
Rotted at home today ,
& dyed my hair black the second time this year .
Reason - Asked by my civics tutor to dye again ;
as a good student , yeah i dyed black (again) .

Thursday went for dinner at ChompChomp with Sok loon, Cassendra, Shan Ying, Ching Shean, Bor Huey, Li Qing, Keith, Stuart, Jason(not that tagboard jason - completely different person), Qi Xian .
We even asked a uncle help us take group photo with the so called landmark =.="
I won't post the photo cause its very blury.
After that most of them went off , me together with Sok loon, Keith, Stuart, Jason & Qi Xian went around finding place to play pool or bowling .
Some places we cant go so ..
we bought breezer (cause we cant buy beer) then we shared except sok , lols..
Sok very cute haha , at chomp chomp dont dare eat the mussels & cockles .
And she's the oldest among us and she dont drink a sip of the breezer !
The funniest part is Stuart getting abit drunk ?! (so funny , he looked VERY pink )
Then we took the wrong bus and was near amk already =.="
Then we went to amk hub ,
slacked abit at the Mac
& Jason made us stress about Jc life lols ,
when our lectures havnt even start ..
When i was abt to go home ,
Eugene told me he was there la ,
but i not going to tell what u doing there when i msg u LOL! (I'm a good person)
But we dint see each other Lols..
The most unfair part is I'm the first person to go home ..
& I'm the last to reach home ~

I need to ..
1 ) Work very hard to get into the university course i want ( I must first get promoted to J2 )
2 ) Get enough sleep ( I realised I'm getting drained every day i go to sch, when i don't feel it at secondary sch days..I already slept earlier zz.)
3 ) Know which cca to join .
4 ) Constantly remind myself : Studies is priority =.=
5 ) Save money

& Yes , i feel the stress already

Yesterday had station games at school ,
The station games need like alot of running ,

Its finally the end of academic orientation already .. Tomorrow is the start of civics orientation ,

( E.g Black hairspray - some fine day i decided to dye hair and go sch which ended my uniform with black ink ;

Fabric paint - used it to draw on my p.e shirt and somehow was stuck on my school skirt ;

Picking out the altered parts of the skirt - I was usually found 'caught' by many teachers of the length of the school skirt , which i am sick & tired of their nagging & threaten to call my parents , therefore i unpicked the skirt like what they wanted me to do always & theres a mark on my skirt lor ! Due to every two days of ironing , my skirt color has faded too lol . People's one is like dark blue ? , mine is like faded blue .Rofl)

The orientation was fun today lor ! But boring at times too.
(Boring cause of the presentation of their trips to other countries which make me sit in the fucking cold air conditioned room for a few hrs ! Butt pain !)
But the subject talks was unexpectedly interesting lor , cause the teachers there is like interesting one lols .

Then today I've submitted my three choices for subject combination !
*PRAY HARD THAT I'LL GET MY FIRST CHOICE!*
~Amituofuos , Amens , Baibais~
First Choice : H2 Economics , Chemistry , Geography , H1 Maths
Second Choice : H2 Economics , Chemistry , History , H1 Maths
Third Choice : H2 Economics , Biology , Geography , H1 Maths
But i think should be can one lol , cause most of the people wld be fighting for places for H2 double sciences & maths ! xD
The course i want in uni does not require H2 maths ! (yayness)
Because i cant take H2 maths cause i dint take A.maths in secondary school which does not bother me now at all .

Today went to the hall and they taught us college anthem , cheer & dance .
The dance was really hilarious & fun lols , & we shouted like crazy that made me lose my voice .
what i need the most is the most tasteless liquid , WATER PLEASE !!!
& My house is Aquilia lols , not the maple story Aquilia . (I've quit my addiction to that lame game last year lol.)

& Going back to jyss to get my LCCI results on monday . Hopefully i pass !

Quitted my job last Friday :)
Finally relaxed for a week , Haha !
Im very happy that i got into my first choice Serangoon Jc ( Science ) ,
when i got my sms from the MOE , i was like tell my aunt then went back to sleep lol .
The message woke me up at 6.40 a.m!
But nevermind cause happiness already xD

Went to stepharina's hse just now , haha
Thanks fiance come to Tamp Inter fetch me to her hse LOL ,
adult fare somemore sial ..
Mahjong-ed & steph's mahjong tiles are super mini sized haha.
& it kept falling off frm the table =.="
& School is starting tmr ..
I forgot to buy socks & earsticks Lol ,
or rather cause when i went home just now its abt 9.15 p.m already ,
then most shops closed already lor .
& some assholes are showing off to me that they can sleep like pig tmr lor .. !

I shall update my blog pictures with my collegues some time before when i left the company lol , like about dont know how long later haha .

Went NYP , NP , SP , RP , MI , SRJC , IJC , YJC to take a look .

O' level results confirmed to be released on 12 JANUARY !

OHMYFUCKINGGOD LA!!!

I'm not prepared to get my results as yet cause i predicted i would get like L1R4 of 30 plus?!

ITE is definately not an option for me & if i have results like that , i would rather retake o'level .

Cause if not i think all my efforts wasted la , and ite like waste more time rather than retake o'level lols . =.="

I think i can cry when i get my results on Monday , Lol (?)

Okay , dont care for now .

Cause many people inculding my aunt say what done is done , i've already took the paper .

Cant change my results so whatsoever , so no point stressing over it .

(The reason why i feel lame about me stressing over my results is because , i am not even as stress as now when im taking the papers =.= , but till now im still very sad about my chinese oral lol)

I'm happy because i got all my Chinese New Year set of clothes already ! (I was like , yay!)

And my mother paid most of it , like 95% of the expenses ?

All my money can throw into bank already ! Hahahaha

And i got the shirt same as fiancee leh ! ( Happy anot ?!) =.="

& the same tights (i think thats the name) as Candy !

Omg , i spent more than $500 this month , gotta save money already !
